Today’s tip comes from Scott Verrill, better known as KYKO. His single ‘Dive In’ is a sun-kissed and infectious indie-pop number.

Talking about the track KYKO stated: “‘Dive In’ feels like a fair culmination of the different sounding records I have put out so far. It feels like one of the most natural songs I have written, we didn’t put much emphasis on a direction when writing so it came organically and was captured as more of a live jam and I feel like that essence is still captured in the tune.”

The track effortlessly navigates between the borders of pop and indie. Glitchy clicks and runs of electronics give the song a trendy modern edge and the smooth licks of guitar give it a tropical feeling. KYKO’s sincere vocals and feel good lyrics give the track a warm hearted, saccharine pop finish that shouldn’t be missed.
