TEAM PICTURE

If you have ever had the experience of walking alongside or watching a north American style freight train go past at slow speed, Leeds based quintet Team Picture’s latest single Classic M is going to sound somewhat familiar as it melts together 60’s garage rock and post punk spikiness and drags it along a deep, heavy rhythm that rattles the bones in your body in a similar way.

The lyrics are somewhat obtuse, railing against common themes of paranoia and death, but in reality the lyrics are almost unnecessary when the music is this captivating.

At just over 2 minutes Classic:M is a furious melting pot of styles that has no right to work as well as it does.
